Our Philosophy

WELC believes in the importance of quality education for all children. We believe that each child is unique and have developed skills, knowledge and understanding from their own life experiences. As a centre, we strive to provide a holistic and innovative program that ensures each child’s learning and development is enhanced and extended.

We offer each child and their families a fun, safe and nurturing environment, which is centered on the child and encourages growing partnerships with families and communities. The educators are committed to promoting and maintaining: cultural, spiritual and emotional experiences of the child.

The centre’s philosophy is based on community. We aim to support and uphold all values (such as cultural) that are reflected in the community through providing a centre where the child can develop and sustain their sense of belonging.
